For those wishing a longer and more economical stay, six miles south of Provincetown you'll find North Truro, home of Mary's Cozy Cottages. Located steps from the Truro Vineyards, Mary's offers six sweet studio cottages for rent by the season: May 15- Sept. 15.


 

 

The quaint village of North Truro lies 6 miles south of Provincetown, along the historic Shore Road - next door to the Truro Winery and Vineyards. We have six studio-cottages available for seasonal rent, starting May 15th and ending Sept. 15th. All have:

  • cable TV
  • microwaves
  • small refrigerators
  • clock radios
  • coffeemakers
  • furnishings
There is also plenty of storage space on the premises. Cottages rent for $4100-4900 for the season, depending on space and amenities. Dogs and cats are welcome!

Provincetown is a busy, busy place in summer. Due to the crowds and the difficulties of parking, The Boat House in the quiet East End is probably a better choice for those who like to cook at home, shop at the A & P, and explore the local environs in the car. It's a mile walk to the center of town. The Tree House across from The Heritage Museum is probably a better choice for those who want to eat at restaurants, shop, and enjoy the night-life. The parking space is 1/4 mile away.
