The Boat House
633 Commercial St. #4

Located in Provincetown's quiet East End at 633 Commercial Street, The Boat House is perched twenty feet from the water, and offers panoramic views of the bay. At high tide you'll feel like you're on a boat! Sliding glass doors open from the livingroom and master bedroom onto a private wraparound deck. You can lie in bed and watch the sun come up over the water!

Antiques, artwork and New England charm abound. There are two full-sized bedrooms and a large sleeping loft that overlooks the living room. The Master Suite has a king-size bed and a private half-bath. The other bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the sleeping loft has a full-sized bed. The stairs to the sleeping loft are quite steep and therefore not ideal for very small children. There’s a small, but well-equipped galley kitchen. Though The Boat House sleeps six, it’s a little “chummy” for that many people – especially for six adults -  because there’s only a bath-and-a-half, and the kitchen is small.

Check out THE TREE HOUSE

Provincetown is a busy, busy place in summer. Due to the crowds and the difficulties of parking, The Boat House in the quiet East End is probably a better choice for those who like to cook at home, shop at the Stop and Shop, and explore the local environs in the car. It's a mile walk to the center of town. The Tree House across from The Heritage Museum is probably a better choice for those who want to eat at restaurants, shop, and enjoy the night-life. The parking space is 1/4 mile away.

We’re also affiliated with one of Provincetown’s most charming guest houses, Snug Cottage.
It’s a wonderful New England inn built in the 1820’s and we highly recommend it!
